AMO Services (AMOS) provides services that do not require collections licenses. Services offered by AMOS include various mortgage default management services (Loan Modifications, Short Sales etc), valuation services (BPOs, Appraisals), REO Management, Uninsured Title, Equity Analysis, Third Party QC Reviews. AMOS also offers customized outsourcing services tailored to client specific needs.
BackInTheBlack is AMO’s cloud based automated mortgage default servicing platform that enables mortgage servicers to efficiently manage collection, loan modifications and other loss mitigation services. BackInTheBlack is continually updated by expert staff to be in compliance with the guidelines of various GSE and other entities and is fully integrated with Fannie Mae’s SMDU.
