Sravan brings 18 years of strategy and industry experience and a history of success with companies like Alltel and AT&T. He has a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, a master's degree in Physics from BITS, Pilani, India, with a minor in Management Studies, and Program Management from CSC. Sravan brings excellent business and technical management skills for business strategy, planning, technology and team building.

Mr. Vemuri is a seasoned executive with a unique mix of operational and technological leadership skills. With his extensive background in both operations and technology, he believes in and achieves operational excellence through the application of state of the art technologies combined with a motivated and empowered workforce. Prior to being named President & CTOO of AMOI, he led all technology operations of AMOI’s parent, FutureTech Holding Company and the general operations of the healthcare division of FutureTech consisting of Receivia and Nationwide Recovery Services.
Under his operational leadership, the healthcare division of FutureTech has nearly doubled its size and continues to grow rapidly. He streamlined the operations, motivated and empowered the workforce and enhanced their technological tools to achieve impressive growth rates and client satisfaction. Under his technology leadership, FutureTech consolidated and upgraded the technology backbone of all its portfolio companies with state of the art technologies such as Private Cloud Computing, Unified Communications Network, Data Center Virtualization and Secure Computing. He strongly believes in the importance of Information Security and led the company’s efforts to implement appropriate policies and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards such as ISO 27K, PCI DSS and SSAE 16 / SAS70
Prior to co-founding FutureTech, Sarat held several technical and management positions at Nortel Networks and Ciena Communications. He was also a founding team member of successful technology startups Pharsalia Technologies and Aastra Communications, which were acquired by Nortel Networks and Ciena Communications.
Sarat holds an MBA from Emory University and a Masters in Computer Science from Clemson University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Upsilon Pi Epsilon, honor societies for Business Administration and Computing.

Scott brings more than 30 years of experience beginning at Deloitte & Touche and has served in senior financial positions at Sybra, Inc., Camberley Associates and the Transit Group. He has been responsible for development and implementation of a cost effective model for integrating the company’s operating units, including the consolidation of its financial systems. Scott is a CPA who earned his B.A. at the City College of New York and his MBA at St. John’s University.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Mr. Starliper has achieved a plethora of career hallmarks for some of the nation’s most reputable institutions; most notably, he is credited with the development of Premier Asset Services, a division of Wells Fargo. His specialties include loss mitigation, bankruptcy, claims processing, and real estate owned properties; this commendable real estate background has earned him panel leads within the Mortgage Bankers Association, USFN, and REOMAC organizations.

Mr. Lindsey’s experience includes over 17 years of Collection/Call Center Management. He has held ever increasing management roles during his tenure with Payco G.A.C., OSI Collection Services and AMO Collection Services. At AMO, he has been primarily responsible for managing the day to day contingency operations across 6 separate branch locations. He has also demonstrated over this time, his ability to provide excellent performance across numerous industries. Prior to joining AMO, Mr. Lindsey worked at OSI Collection services managing Retail, Auto and Credit Card portfolios within the Financial Services Division.

Alan Chang championed the development of BackInTheBlack®, AMOs automated default management system. He has more than a decade of experience developing technology solutions in the financial services industry. Previously as Chief System Architect at LandAmerica OneStop he brings expertise in software development, design, and deployment. As the former vice president of client relations and product development at MSTD, he managed software implementation at several mortgage companies including Washington Mutual with a $6 million loan portfolio. Other professional accomplishments include software deployment and development for M&T Mortgage, PHH Mortgage, and Fannie Mae.

Mr. Roashan's experience encompasses 25 years of Information Technology involving software development, system design, networking, VOIP/telephony, predictive dialers, cloud computing, computer risk and security. His accomplishments include successful implementation of highly effective interfaces, database re-design, examining and re-engineering operational procedures, formulating solid policies, developing, implementing new strategies and procedures. Prior to joining AMO, Mr. Roashan spent years contracting for various clients including; NCI/Nationwide Credit and Equifax as well as lead IT roles with Troutman Sanders LLP, collection companies CRSI in Atlanta and American Agencies in Los Angeles. He holds an Associate degree in information Technology from Pierce College, California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, Georgia.
